Join The 2021-2022 NYU Wagner Review Staff!
NYU Wagner Review is no longer accepting applications for Executive Board and Editorial Staff members for the 2021-2022 academic year. E-board and staff members contribute to NYU Wagner Review publication process, which includes critical writing and editing, as well as to the overall operations of the NYU Wagner Review. Positions are determined at the discretion of the current Executive Board.
Applications for the 2022-2023 Executive Board and Editorial Staff members will be announced in the spring of 2022.

Staff Position Descriptions
Editor-in-Chief
The Editor in Chief oversees the broad goals of the journal, coordinates and collaborates on all Managing Editor functions, and acts as the liaison with the Wagner administration and other Review stakeholders. The Editor in Chief requires strong editing skills and management.
Managing Editor, Online Publications
This role is responsible for the maintenance of NYU Wagner Review website and social media pages through the publication and promotion of op-eds and policy memos. The Managing Editor requires strong editing skills and management.
Managing Editor, Events and Outreach
This role is responsible for raising the profile of the NYU Wagner Review through partnerships with other student groups and through planning and managing the Review’s events. The events consist of the annual Policy Memo Competition, along with 2-3 additional events that highlight policy and advocacy communications in New York City and beyond.
Managing Editor, Podcasts
This role is responsible for managing the podcast team and content that is published. Approving podcast requests and ensuring the podcast content is acceptable for publishing.
Staff Writers
Contribute at least two pieces for publication each semester on topics of their choosing. Applicants should have strong writing skills, or the desire to develop them.
Contributing Editors
Contribute at least one piece per semester, and oversee the editing process of teams of one to two staff writers. Applicants should have editing experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to offer tactful constructive criticism.
